What has happened since last time...? Well, God continues to be faithful...crazy eh? Pretty awesome to serve and love such a God, that he would take a piece of worthless dirt, die for it, just that I might bring Glory to His name and serve Him. Not only that, but by serving Him there is an unmeasureable joy that comes. Everything else is fleeting and pointless other than an intimate relationship with my Father.
Also relearned that one can get a feel for where a person is in their walk with the Lord by their tongue. For out of the overflow of the heart speaks the tongue.
Serving God is all or none. You do it or you don't. You're loved by the world or hated by it. If you love the world though, you cannot love God and you choose to be God's enemy. Funny thing that all it takes to be on God's side is to believe that He is sovereign, that His son, Jesus, paid full sacrifice that we might spend eternity with Him, that the Holy Spirit is with us, guiding us, because Jesus paid such a price. Not bad eh? It's the only reason worth living for--the Gospel that is.
Intramural ultimate starts tonight. Softball wednesday. Spring break in Daytona, FL saturday after a night at Nate Dog's house. Applied to Alaska for summer project...what better place to develop and grow in pursuit to be a man? That's all that comes to mind for now..
